Healthy Plants: As with all living plants, containerized or bare root, death loss is possible. It is virtually impossible to achieve a 100% survival rate. Urantia Carnivores guarantees that all orders are carefully packed, packaged, wrapped and containerized in a manner that optimizes the safe delivery of the plant products to your location.
Conditions of shipments: In most all cases, plants will experience stress during shipment. This will result in some leaves being wilted and unhealthy. They are usually the outer furthest leaves/traps from the center. The center should be healthy with signs of new growth. We advise that you know the conditions of your own local environment/weather conditions upon arrival of your order. Uses of the terms ,”severe heat and cold” will mean 100+ degrees Fahrenheit and/or 32 degrees Fahrenheit or lower. We are not responsible for plants being delivered during severe heat and cold conditions. You also must be aware of your own delivery date. Urantia Carnivores is not responsible for plants being left by carriers then left exposed to weather conditions. If you will be unable to retrieve your package or have someone retrieve it for you, you can contact us or leave a note during checkout for us to mark the shipment to be left at the post office after delivery has been attempted. You can then pick up your package from there. Be aware that proof of identification at the carriers location is usually needed and must show the name of the recipient for the package to be claimed. We are also not responsible if the package is left at the post office for any reason. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER USUALLY VIA THROUGH YOUR PAYMENT SOURCE. THIS IS USUALLY DONE THROUGH EMAIL. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO KNOW THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED SO YOU CAN CHECK ON YOUR SHIPMENTS. EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES CAN CHANGE BY THE CARRIERS TERMS, SO CHECK FREQUENTLY!
We sometimes sell products other than plants (i.e. special made soil, pots, nutrition and care products). Those products qualify for a return if they are not the exact item as described or is defected in anyway. Contact us within 48 hours to make a claim; please take photos immediately after arrival and send them to [email protected]
We pay close attention to assuring a happy experience with Urantia Carnivores. In almost every case we will replace damaged items upon arrival. You must contact us immediately after receiving your package, and please send as many photos as possible to present your case.
Product replacement will only be sent to the original shipping address. Claims will not be accepted if the shipping address is different than the original shipping address. If we are currently out of the plant, we will gladly offer a substitute, or you may wait until another plant is available. You will be responsible for payment as set forth above.Our guarantee does not cover plants planted in fill, scraped soil, or soil unsuitable for those species as outlined in the informational material contained on this web site pertaining to particular species of plants.
