Customer Agrees: Customer hereby agrees to and acknowledges the following terms: Urantia Carnivores guarantees that all orders are carefully packed, packaged, wrapped and containerized in a manner that optimizes the safe delivery of the plant products to your location. The majority of our shipments are made via Priority USPS. In some cases we may use first class USPS. When we use the term ,”damaged” we mean obvious proof of the parcel package showing dents and crush marks, plants are completely shriveled and black, broken, or in an unhealthy state to be determined by Urantia Carnivores. Urantia Carnivores IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE THAT YOUR PLANTS OR CONTAINERS MAY SUSTAIN WHILE IN TRANSIT, DELAYED IN TRANSIT, PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT, OR STOLEN FROM THEIR DESTINATION. If your product arrives damaged, please contact Urantia Carnivores within 24 hours of receiving your product(s) and a claim will be initiated with the carrier. You will need to retain the package(s) for a minimum of 7 days, as the parcel company may want to inspect the damaged product. We will reship the damaged replacement product after the delivering carrier has approved the damage claim. If we are currently out of stock of that item, we will gladly offer a substitute, or you may wait until the next shipping season for your area. See Returns below for more information. 

Shipment times and Days: All live goods are shipped Mon 1 p.m – Tue 1 p.m – Wed 1 p.m. We do not ship live goods on Thu-Fri-Sat.  
 
Condition of Sale : After you submit your order and the checkout process is completed, your order is taken from inventory and your credit card is charged immediately. Customer agrees that their order will be delivered without requiring a signature. Our carrier will leave the package(s) unsupervised unless other arrangements are made with us by the customer. See details below for further info. 

Conditions of shipments: In most all cases, plants will experience stress during shipment. This will result in some leaves being wilted and unhealthy. They are usually the outer furthest leaves/traps from the center. The center should be healthy with signs of new growth. We advise that you know the conditions of your own local environment/weather conditions upon arrival of your order. WE OFFER FREE SEVERE WEATHER PACKAGING. During cold days we will insulate your package and add heat pads. During severe hot days we will insulate your package and add a moisture cooling product. You also must be aware of your own delivery date. Urantia Carnivores is not responsible for plants being left by carriers then left exposed to weather conditions. If you will be unable to retrieve your pack or have someone retrieve it for you, you can contact us or leave a note during checkout for us to mark the shipment to be left at the post office after delivery has been attempted. You can then pick up your package from there. Be aware that proof of identification at the carriers location is usually needed and must show the name of the recipient for the package to be claimed. We are also not responsible if the package is left at the post office for any reason. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER USUALLY VIA THROUGH YOUR PAYMENT SOURCE. THIS IS USUALLY DONE THROUGH EMAIL. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO KNOW THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED SO YOU CAN CHECK ON YOUR SHIPMENTS. EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES CAN CHANGE BY THE CARRIERS TERMS, SO CHECK FREQUENTLY!

Wrong Item: We are very careful to label varieties true to name, and we will replace the product if we have sent the incorrect plant. Each shipment includes a packing slip that we use to make sure every order contains the exact type an amount of products. We will not refund the purchase price of the incorrect plant, but we will replace the plant at our expense. Customer acknowledges that they understand the plant type they are purchasing as posted on each product page at www.UrantiaCarnivores.com Urantia Carnivores will not replace or refund any items where the customer purchased the wrong plant type. In the unlikely event that your order arrives missing an item please contact Urantia Carnivores within 24 hours of receipt. All we ask for is a picture of the items received including the packing slip and we will reship. We don’t offer refunds, but if the missing item is out of stock customer may substitute for an item equal to or at a lesser value.

Canceling An Order: Requests for cancellation must be made by emailing [email protected] or use the contact form before 9 pm EST. of the same day the order was made. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be charged the greater of a $10.00 cancellation fee or 10% of the purchase price. Large orders shipped may incur a higher cancellation fee. Orders CANNOT be cancelled after a shipping label has been marked as received by the parcel carrier. Use the tracking number provided to be aware of your shipment’s status. 

Returns: In most cases all sales are final. In the event that a shipment is refused, Urantia Carnivores may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept the returned merchandise, provided, that the same is in “like-new condition,” and is saleable. Urantia Carnivores will not refund shipping on returned items, and will not pay for shipping on a returned item. In the event that Urantia Carnivores accepts returned merchandise, it will assess a restocking fee equal to 40% of the purchase price for the order, together with all shipping charges. Urantia Carnivores shall not, in any event, be required to grant a credit for merchandise returned if such merchandise is not, in the sole and absolute discretion of Nature Urantia Carnivores, re-saleable. 

Plant Information: Urantia Carnivores does not currently charge by plant size. We sell the biggest and most mature plants first. In the event that the biggest plants are sold out, we will then sell a smaller plant that we assure will be establish and in vigorous health.  Urantia Carnivores DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTIVITY OF OUR PRODUCTS, AND Urantia Carnivores IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NORMAL CROP FAILURES, DAMAGE WHILE IN STORAGE IN YOUR POSSESSION, INJURY DUE TO FROST OR NATURAL CAUSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Growing plants require a suitable site, compatible environment, and care to prosper, and these are conditions beyond our control. In some cases plants may not look exactly as described either by photograph and/or written description. This mainly happens because they need to grow more and will eventually look as expected.  

Dormant Plant Material: Urantia Carnivores will send out viable dormant plant materials during winter, early in the spring or late in the fall seasons. The plants are 100% healthy but may exhibit dormancy. Dormancy can include browning of the leafy materials, the plant may not have any leaves at all, maybe much smaller or look unhealthy. All of this is very normal for a plant either moving into dormancy or if the plant is dormant. Plants ship much better when dormant. 

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, Urantia Carnivores DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, REGARDING ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM Urantia Carnivores, AND Urantia Carnivores. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE CONSTITUTE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU. Urantia Carnivores SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY PLANT.
